| Functions |
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: New hire training, advanced tech training: Coax/Video/Voice/Data installation/troubleshooting, Ladder Handling, Defensive Driving, PPE and all related Safety Training. |
| Qualifications |
| Proficient in RF, HSI, Digital Phone, Home Networking, HDTV and DVR. Must be proficient in PC and MAC system operations. Ability to address the importance of quality customer service and customer experience. Working knowledge of OSHA and safety material. Must have experience in operating field test equipment such as signal level meters, TDR Toners (cable and UTP) and VOM. |
| Education |
Bachelor's degree or the recognized equivalent in work experience. NCTI Technical Certification or equivalent OSHA Certification or equivalent SCTE Certification or equivalent |
| Experience |
| 8 years CATV field experience. 5 years CATV supervisory experience. 5 years CATV training experience. |
